Eyes of Texas, I have been reading some of your posting and I have to say....they are entertaining.

I live in texas and conduct business in Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma...some of the ruddiest of the red states....so i am very familiar hearing much of the snarky comebacks and lies...

I do have to commend you most "conversatives" do not spend time engaging folks with a different point of view.,

From my obervations they spend their time talking only to each other, getting worked up into an angry frenzy.

How sad!....If you feel very strongly about your views I suggest that you get engaged, reach out get folks involved in the political process.

That is what I do...last weekend, I was part of an organized team, spending our personal time getting folks educated and registered to vote. And we ain't pushing the McCain/Palin ticket...

We knocked on a lot of doors, shook lots of hands and talked with a lot of folks...registered hundreds...

This coming weekend, we got more squads going out, knocking on doors, etc....

Deer hunting season is still 2 months away, rather than spend your weekends window shopping at the Bass Pro Shop, suggest you focus your zeal....selling folks on the package the GOP is offering....

Uh, hey Eyes of Tejas, for your information, just about all politicos use speech writers. For example, Palin didn't write her own speech -- it was written by Matthew Scully who has also written for Bush. Obama apparently scripts his speeches with touch-ups by advis0rs. So get your facts straight.

Has anyone ever noticed how Barak stammers and stutters when having to answer questions that have not been prescreened? He has a staff of writers and reads everything off a teleprompter. Nothing he says are words from his own brain and nothing of any actual substance. Governor Palin has stolen Obamas spotlight and will continue to do so. The more people are exposed to Governor Palin the more she will be liked by voter, whereas just the opposite holds true with Obama. He has now taken a turn to the dark underbelly of campaigning and his popularity is in decline because of it. The media created, inexperienced, untested fraud, Barak Obama, is on the slippery slide of defeat by the McCain/Palin ticket and our nation will be better off for it.

Dog and pony show here folks, dog and pony, that's all.

This Palin caricature seems to be setting the womens' movement back fifty years.

Is Palin so weak and feeble that she can't answer questions without anyone else holding her hand? How will she handle higher office if she can't even handle simple one on one interviews all by her lonesome self.

This situation kind of reminds me when Minuteman founder Jim Gilchrist abruptly cut short his interview with Amy Goodman on Democracy Now! It might be laughable if it wasn't so pathetic.

Irma, Irma…are you reading this? Sarah Palin crapped on Hillary. How dare she? Who does this woman think she is? That she can crap on Hillary in San Francisco no less and be allowed to be totally sheltered from the so-called liberal media. And this was supposed to be the Republican Party’s answer to Hillary? There is only one Hillary, or should I say HRC, or maybe Billary is called for here. Be that as it may, the Republicans think they can protect Sarah Palin from the same tough questions that everyone had for Hillary. I think not!
