However, who is she going to lead? With the exception of Hilda Solis and Raul Grijalva, the rest of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus is pretty much dead weight. They’re nothing but a bunch of wannabe jefes with no agenda other than to collect their fat checks and plan the next gala. If Howard Dean really wants to outline future plans to truly bring about change and accountability in the Democratic Party, he should begin by targeting replacements for the majority of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.
