El señor Zasueta se equivoca. El acto fue tan aberrante, la conducta del joven Nuñez (según lo describen sus cómplices) tan desnaturalizada y finalmente la acción del padre por sacar a su hijo tan insensible, que demuestra que el muchacho es una version despulida de su projenitor. Si mi hijo hiciera semejante barbaridad, yo cargaría con la verguenza y la culpa y lo dejaría en prisión para que pagara (aunque sea en parte) su culpa. Tanto más agravante es el hecho que el señor Nuñez fue un altísimo funcionario de California y su acción desmerece la democracia que ayudo a promoverlo desde su humilde barrio a las altas esferas de poder. A partir de este acto del ex-governador Schwarzenegger, cualquier mocoso con plata y con padres influyentes puede hacer lo que le venga en gana sin casi tener que rendirle cuentas a nadie (siempre que no perjudique a otra persona influyente y poderosa).

conosco a la familia. yo pienso que como padres nos esforzamos para que nuestros hijos sean mejores mas libres, y sobre todo sean buenos ciudadanos, desgraciadamente no los preparamos para la calle y nuestros consejos de padre quedan olvidados.
fabian nuñez es un buen hombre. que no le desea a ninguna persona el mal,estoy seguro que sufre este dolor de la persona afectada.

First Ignacio de la Fuente’s son admits to multiple counts of rape and now Fabian Nunez’s son is arrested on suspicion of murder. What are these politicians doing? Obviously their sons need their attention badly. And our image is taking another beating, of course.

I don’t think MgF was implying that the Nuñez boy has been convicted. We all know that he’s a suspect. You raise a good point though — he could very well be ” just a witness.” That being said, it is harder to be “just a witness” when one embraces a persona of a gangster or leads others to believe that he or she is some how involved in “la vida loca.”

You must remember the saying, “Dime con quien andas y te dire quien eres.”

My question is… why was Esteban Nuñez running around with kids like this in the first place? His dad has access and the ability to open so many doors for him.

MgF, he wasn’t convicted of homicide, he was arrested on suspicion of homicide, along with three other men. If this group did commit the stabbing, he very well could be just a witness, not the perpetrator of the act.

Wow. I can’t believe that neither Fabian nor his wife have put a stop to this behavior. After viewing his page, it bothers me to see the photos of “Scarface,” TuPac, and then one of his heroes~Cesar Chavez? I’m sure that his parents would be very disappointed, not to mention completely embarrassed by his behavior and actions.

Ya know, I wonder what this kids’ state of mind is right about now? I’m sure Nunez will be calling in every favor he can, but then what? Does he really think his dad can get him off, so that he can continue hanging with his gangster buddies? The bottom line is, another young man is dead. He’ll be extremely lucky if he doesn’t go to jail, but I’m not so sure that will happen.
