Esteban Nuñez’s special treatment, courtesy of Papi Nuñez and his friends!

December 23rd, 2008 · 18 Comments

Just as we predicted a few weeks ago, Esteban Nuñez is benefitting from his father, former California Assembly Speaker Fabian Nuñez’s connections with letter writing campaigns to the judge and of course, the lowered bail. According to the LA Times, the following public figures have lobbied on behalf of the alleged killer:

“Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, trade union jefa Maria Elena Durazo, Assembly Republican leader Mike Villines, Assemblyman Kevin DeLeon (D-Los Angeles) and others wrote letters to the judge hearing his case. They attested to Nuñez’s good character and tried to persuade a San Diego County Superior Court judge to reduce his $2-million bail.”

With all of the problems going on in Los Angeles, the state budget woes, and even labor issues in a slowing economy, it is wonderful to know that our leaders are looking out for little Nuñez. They obviously haven’t read the outrage regarding this case on this blog, or maybe their lips are so firmly affixed to Fabian’s nalgas that they can’t see the forest for the trees.

I guess this was to be expected but it still makes me gag.

    These people have no shame….

Why no outrage over Linda Ruttlen the nurse at Killer King Hospital who let Isabel Edith Rodriguez writhe in a pool of her own blood and vomit for 45 minutes until she died?

Maxine Waters defended Ruttlen (of course) saying that she thought Rodriguez was “faking pain.” Was she faking the blood and the vomit too? Nothing happened to Ruttlen because of political correctness, and she still has an active nursing license in CA. I hope one day she’s Maxine Waters’s nurse.

More Anna pendejadas…we’re not talking about Maxine Waters, and yes the situation at Killer King is deplorable. However, we’re commenting about Fabian Nunez’s oldest child’s legal dilemmas, and how Antonio Villaraigosa continually makes excuses for this stabber of cats and frogs. We all know Villaraigosa is your sacred cow, and that’s part of the discussion here. So try and write something intelligent, instead of doing your usual head in the sand trick.

My point was the somebody died when a person in a position of power refused to do her job. It was even caught on videotape. Furhermore, Ruttlen still has an active CA nursing license. I just wish there had been as much outrage and letter writing over that.

I understand, but save it for the post that references it. Right now, the discussion is the current retail prices for buying your own version of justice within the California Court System. Esteban Nunez, the cat stabber/frog killer/wannabe gangster will probably be able to buy, or rather his father will be able to completely exonerate him for the murder of Luis Dos Santos for legal fees upwards to $100K, and 2-3 letters of character glorification from Antonio Villaraigosa, State Assembly Republican leader Mike Villines, Assemblyman Kevin DeLeon, and trade union leader Maria Elena Durazo. Eventually, the court will be convinced Esteban Nunez wasn’t even there, because all these letters will prove he was on skid row handing out dollars to the homeless.

Oh, Anna! Pobrecita, leave her alone, she took time out from making tamales just to post her pendejadas. She makes me laugh!!

Anyway, the little mocoso Nunez may be out of jail for the moment, but he still has charges hanging over his head. Tony Villar and the other Sacramento rif raf can write all the letters they want, that is just temporary. Thankfully, the case is in San Diego, and not in L.A. or Sacramento, so there may be a better chance that justice will be carried out.

    Feliz Navidad!

I like the sunglasses and the leeeeetle mexico flag on the jacket. He looks like a NO ON 8 voter…

  • 9 Sandogg // Dec 25, 2008 at 7:30 pm

Well, if he is DfD, then he at least has one redeeming value, though I doubt it.

  • 10 DfD // Dec 26, 2008 at 8:32 am

If I were a bettin’ man, I’d bet a month’s pay that AndiMedi, Anna, “Cat Stabber”, Fabian, and Tony voted NO ON 8. Would I lose?

  • 11 webmaster // Dec 26, 2008 at 11:39 am

What does prop 8 have to do with Fabian Nuñez and the foolishness of his child? I am certain that there are horrible people on both sides of the prop 8 issue.

  • 12 DfD // Dec 26, 2008 at 3:32 pm

    Murder is NOT foolishness…is it?

  • 13 Anna // Dec 27, 2008 at 12:46 pm

You’re right. Prop 8 has nothing to do with any of this. Except that DfD probably thinks gays should be killed.

  • 14 LA Latino // Dec 29, 2008 at 3:12 pm

Anna’s and DfD’s comments are totally irrelevant to the topic…who gives a crap about who’s shoving what up his @ss?

The argument here should be about why you can get away with murder -literally – if you have a rich daddy.

  • 15 Michaelr // Dec 29, 2008 at 4:55 pm

Well, that’s expected if you’re wealthy. You have the money to buy your own kind of justice within the U.S. Justice System. What makes this so repulsive is that elected Latino public officials have written character reference letters to lobby the court for leniency for Cat Stabber Nunez Do you think they would do the same for you? What about the victim Luis Dos Santos? Does he deserve any consideration? Unless you contribute to these Latino politician’s campaigns they want nothing to do with you. They will raise your taxes to maintain their opulent lifestyle, those CEO salaries, and will spend those same taxes to finance $ 140K Christmas cards and elaborate photo shoots. But they won’t create legislation to further career opportunities and guarantee access for higher education. And we should commend these public thieves because they have
Spanish last names? The fact that they do this so openly, tells you how much contempt they have for the voting public at large. It’s time to wake up, and throw these people out of office.

  • 16 latino1 // Jan 2, 2009 at 4:05 pm

Esteban should be the one in jail having to at least think about the consequences of his actions, he and his father are not representing what latinos are about, if my dad had caught me standing on someone else’s motorcycle i would not have lived past that night. hes never being punished, he thinks he can get away with everything, if our law system ceases to fail us once again he’ll just keep making other suffer for his careless actions

“Thankfully, the case is in San Diego, and not in L.A. or Sacramento, so there may be a better chance that justice will be carried out. ”

Oh I wish that were the case, but Daddy Nunez has political friends in SD too….

12/09/2008 SAN DIEGO – The San Diego City Council Tuesday selected Councilman Ben Hueso as its next president. ………The newly elected president of the San Diego City Council may seem soft-spoken, but those who know Ben Hueso say not to underestimate his ambition.

Hueso was raised in the barrio with childhood friend Fabian Núñez, who rose to be speaker of the state Assembly.

And political consultant Chris Crotty believes Hueso wants to follow Núñez’s path to Sacramento or beyond.

“He may be quiet,” Crotty said. “But he’s bright, deliberative, and he wants to go somewhere. And I don’t see anything getting in his way at this point.”

Hueso could not be reached for comment later in the week; he was attending a meeting of the California Coastal Commission – to which he was appointed by Núñez. “…………………..

What can I say, Fabian Nunez and his band of ladrones are are just behaving like their Political brethern south of the border. Once Papi has a little money and a mediocre political post, the little fresas don’t believe that the laws apply to them anymore! We are we voting for people who bring their pendejadas from Mexico over here? Isn’t that why most of us are here instead of in Mexico? Why do we allow the Fabian Nunezes, Antonio Villaraigosas, etc. of the Latino Community to own our votes and shove the same mierda down our throats that our parents fled? I wouldn’t vote for any of these pendejos!
