Is anybody concered that the Obama Admin is not in offcie yet and already he has tons of baggage: Blogo in Ill’ and now this with Richardson. Please! Why did America vote for this? This has teh stink of Clinton plus Bush sprinlkled all over it!

Today even an accusation is enough to prevent somebody from being confirmed. If Richardson had resigned as Governor, but had not been confirmed by the Senate, his career would have been over.

My own impression has been that Obama dislikes Richardson for refusing to endorse him before February 5th. And we know that Hillary hates him because she thought she was entitled to his endorsement.

We’ll see how this investigation turns out, but I doubt there’s any merit to it. The objective has already been achieved.

This truly does suck. Bill Richardson is a great politician and is one of the few Democrats that I could see myself voting for. He was my favorite of the Democrat primary too.

Hopefully he comes away clean. A shinning star like this should not go out like this.
