I have mixed feelings about so called “child labore laws.”

For some young people, let’s say 15 y.o., for example, school is just a waste of time.

They should be allowed to work full time.

Child labore laws do not apply to family businesses. As a result, kids who come from families that own their own businesses always have money. While their friends ask them for jobs.

The law needs to be reassessed. Honestly, I don’t think this aspect of the U.S. labore law has been changed since the turn of the century.

As for not paying a man his wages. That’s a no no.

Let’s hope she implements e-verify so that illegals from various countries do not take jobs away from American citizens. These are tough economic times and we must protect the jobs of all American citizens of any ethnicity.

Sounds like as Secretary of Labor she will ensure that labor laws are enforced. This is necessary to have a more stable economy.
