Henry B. Gonzalez’s ghost has little influence on the current Congressional Hispanic Caucus, with the exception of Raul Grijalva, the CHC is just a collection of whores all owned by their corporate American contributors to their campaigns. The group in Sacramento isn’t much better. Look what Fabian Nunez conveyed throughout his public life. Alex Padilla doesn’t express anything different. Gavin Newsom shot himself in the foot with that move. But all that white privilege mentality will do that.

What do you say to a person who believes incompetence, laziness, and theft are not a part of the Latino political character? That’s the lunacy that parades inside of Anna the Apologist’s brain. She believes we should support a Congressional, State, and county political representative solely because of their ethnicity, and not by any evaluation of their actual performance on the job. Where is the benefit to the taxpayer? Does the taxpayer not deserve the finest representation they can get? How small does Anna’s brain have to be to conclude that just because that politician has a Spanish surname, that politician is working day and night for the interests of the Latino voter? She makes a moron seem intelligent.

Thank you Anna the psychiatrist, or is it still Anna the Apologist, or rather Anna DoubleSpeak, or rather Anna the Schizophrenic, or maybe I should just stop here and let El Cholo continue since he loves addressing you personally.

"You would hate any Latino that Newsom named because you don’t like yourself."

I could think of a few Latinos that Newsom could have chosen other than Padilla. But in picking Padilla who has labor support of his own, he is trying to pry away some of the labor backing that will go to Brown.

You tell me why Padilla should make the tax payer foot the bill for his fancy rims. What is wrong with accepting the car as is from the factory? These are legislators, not hip hop artists.

Re: "JB ran Oakland into the ground."

LOL

He improved it. You obviously don't know too much about Oakland. As for illegal immigration, that is a FEDERAL issue. Neither party seems willing to end it because corporations want cheap labor. It's not the fault of any state official, Democratic or Republican.

Gavin Newsom has shot himself in the foot naming Alex Padilla to chair his statewide campaign. That’s too bad because he has kept the City of San Francisco in the forefront of progressive reform. Hopefully, he’ll reverse that appointment and appoint someone more character driven. Jerry Brown provided ample leadership the first time around as Governor. Maybe if he’s elected he’ll continue this trend of making the State legislators accept responsibility for the continued fleecing of their constituents. The GOP has been quiet so far. Do you think Arnold has disabled their ability to drive the elections in the state of California?

I believe that either on of these guys will be a disaster. JB ran Oakland into the ground. You will see tax burdens rise out of control under the leadership of these two. You will also see a blind eye turned as to the problem of illegal immigration. GN let the program in San Fran get to the point that innocent Americans have been killed. My question for all of you is this- What will you do in two decades when hard working taxpayers of all races leave CA because they are tired of footing the bill? What will happen when scum-bag poloticians and tax taking do-nothings are all that is left to foot the bill? A total change has to occur and a party for the people needs to emerge.
