Of course it won’t get investigated. The GOP doesn’t go after its own. And I am sure 80-85% of the public servants in Sacramento are hiding all kinds of illegal activity. Just look at the car/and mileage perks associated with those public thieves, and their hush hush attempts to give themselves pay raises. This is why they resign so quickly, to prevent further public exposure.

The amazing behavioral issue with Loretta Sanchez is her belief that she is entirely above the law, and can do anything she wants. She openly sleeps with a lobbyist during extensive business with the Congressional Armed Services committee. And the GOP doesn’t make threats regarding this. That is what is so disturbing about her public life, and the fact she just occupies space on Capitol Hill, and profits from it.

But let’s get back to the real problem of political corruption, does anyone think this will get investigated and that things he voted on will need to be affirmed by the remaining members or will nothing happen? Do I hear Tammy Wynette, “Stand By Your Man” playing in the background? I remember not so long ago that other Orange County song favorite, “Stand By Your Tan” (for Tan Nguyen). But that’s another Orange County fool.

Perhaps we should also inquire about yet another man Loretta recently was seen with exchanging obviously romantic gestures with at a Cal State Fullerton Concert in September. Yes, a woman pol has a definite advantage in the area of adultery. If one looks at the history of American political sex scandals, there is not one single woman politician on the roster. Of course, it has something to do with differences in male and female behavior, but there is also a clear double standard here. The allegations concerning Loretta’s homewrecking adultery with her assigned military escort have been detailed here and elsewhere for several years, yet no “mainstream” media have shown any interest in this story. They investigate and publish every detail of the Gov. Sanford, Sen. Ensign, Assemblyman Duvall, John Edwards, Gavin Newsome and Mayor Villariagosa stories (to name a few), but ignore Loretta. Would someone please tell me why?

The LA Times ran an article about Loretta’s excessive use of congressional travel privileges this past Sunday (link below). Why didn’t they also note that she used such travel to pursue her adulterous relationship with her assigned military travel escort? Basically, she used her travel privileges to obtain tax-payer funding of her honeymoons with a married military officer, which led to his early retirement from the Army and divorce. When a congressMAN did that a few years ago, the scandal was investigated and reported widely (google Vito Fossella).
