The tables start to turn on Esteban Nuñez

September 18th, 2009 · 5 Comments

Back when Esteban Nuñez, the son of former California Assembly Speaker Fabian Nuñez,  was arrested late last year for the murder of Luis Dos Santos, many blog commenters and other observers of the case thought that Nuñez’s friends would start to turn on him. Remember that four young men were charged in this case. Well, it looks like that is already happening, as Rafael Garcia, the son of an administrative law judge with the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board and an accountant with Caltrans, has agreed to testify against three other co-defendents.

The LA Times reports:

“Rafael Garcia, a college student in Northern California, pleaded guilty to felony conspiracy to destroy evidence, including a bloody shirt. In exchange, prosecutors dropped a murder charge against him in the Oct. 4 death of Luis Santos.

As part of a plea bargain, Garcia agreed to testify against three co-defendants: Ryan Jett, Esteban Nuñez and Leshanor Thomas.”

In other Fabian Nuñez related news, his consulting firm is working a new gig for Mayor Villaraigosa and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.

The rule of law is a fantasy here in Southern California, and money has always been able to buy your particular form of justice. Steal $100 dollars and a loaf of bread and you’ll do 10 years at Folsom. Steal billions of dollars, destroy the Savings and Loan industry, force the U.S. Government to use tax dollars to save it, and you get a job as a professor of business at UCLA. I just read that Villaraigosa just hired, or appointed, and is using tax dollars to fund some work for the DWP to Fabian Nunez. You would’ve thought Villaraigosa would’ve been a little more discreet. But he’s obviously not very bright.

The cat stabber/frog killer about to be judged by a jury of his peers. Do you think the Superior Court of San Diego County would allow Esteban Nunez to be judged by twelve other Latino wannabe gangsters? Or course not, but there will be public monies utilized to formulate his legal defense. And will Villaraigosa continue to get away passing along public tax monies to Fabian Nunez throughout the trial?

I wonder if Esteban Nunez has had any opportunities lately to stab any cats. Can you image the level of conversation that must exist between Esteban and his father Fabian Nunez?

Esteban: Dad…I heard uncle Tony…aka “The Mayor” just wired you a boat load of money.
    Fabian: Yes he did.
Esteban: Can we run down to the pound and buy a couple of cats?
Fabian: I’m sorry Esteban, but all that money has to used for your legal defense.
Esteban: But if I don’t get a couple of cats to stab…I’m gonna cry Dad.
Fabian: Esteban, I think you’ve done enough stabbing for a couple of lifetimes. So let’s stop this moronic conversation right now. How about I get you some Garfield stuffed cats? Will that do?

Fabian Nunez is not without blame regarding this child’s social conduct. Even though the maternal influence in Esteban’s behavior is the key to his overall social conduct, Esteban Nunez is still a product of Fabian and Maria Nunez, and his behavior is a reflection of the dysfunctional family values they established, promoted, and instilled in him. Although the odds are in Esteban’s favor that the taxpayer and Fabian Nunez will be able to buy his legal absolution from doing time in prison, it’s reasonable to predict that this young man’s future will be forever negative and tainted.

Well well, it looks like Esteban is a chip of the old block. Fabian is known as a womanizer. He has many lady-friends and his Wife Mara knows it. Their divorce was only a cobver so he cpouyld legally get more campaign finance money as a “wedding Gift” to his OWN WIFE?

The problem with short men is that they never really feel like men unless that have lots of women around them. But they have another problem. Where do they find shorter women who aren’t midgets? They can’t. So they have lifts in their shoes, and thick heeled shoes/boots to make them look taller. It is true about short men about the size of their feet. And its been said that Fabian has SHORT FEET. He is also known for a weakness for BLONDES, especially TALL blondes with long hair.

Where did Esteban learn all his tricks? From daddy the pretend cholo.

Its all good. Fabian better get tied or he might have yet another bambino—from one of his bimbinos.
