Lou Dobbs is saying that shots have been fired at his house and in doing so, he implicates his critics. We should note that an investigation is ongoing and that Dobbs lives on large ranch in New Jersey, where people do routinely hunt. This incident took place three weeks ago, and he’s just now getting around to complaining about it this week. Notice how Dobbs says, “They’ve now fired a shot at my house.” The “they” meaning Latino rights groups, immigrant advocacy organizations, etc.
Today, the NY Post is reporting that Dobbs never called in death threats to the New Jersey state police. Additionally, police believe that these shots came from local hunters. But in Dobbs’ mind, these hunters were supposedly out to get him and his wife. Let’s clear this up for everyone who may support Dobbs and his latest assertion, the campaign to get Dobbs dropped from CNN is nonviolent. As VivirLatino says, “There are no hoardes of Latinos going white pundit hunting.” When the going gets tough for Dobbs, he starts to play the victim. Also, it was reported this week that CNN’s ratings have dropped to last place in cable news. The Dobbs credibility conundrum certainly isn’t helping the network.

Dobbs is trying to generate controversy to raise his sagging ratings. His show, and CNN primetime, are now in last place.

The shameful part is that Lou’s wife is Latina…I can’t believe a Latina woman would stay married to someone that spreads such hate towards Latinos…

I don’t care for Dobbs, BUT ASSSUMING he was fired at, you condone or condemn this act of retalition…?
I’m sure if Dobbs were in the “in crowd” with you, you wouldn’t be making light of a potentially serious ordeal.

no Anna, I know you want believe that, but I don’t…my point is the bloggers above seem to be “okay” that he got shot at, hell, Renee implicates him as wanting to shoot his wife.

However your concerns should be directed to TeLIEvision outlets Croc News, WorldNut Daily, Glen Beckerhead, Rush Dumbaugh, et al.
Insofar as Dobbs being threatened, maybe it’s because he is married to a Latina. These whackadoodle White Supremacist nutjobs; All they need to see is an ounce of melanin and they’re ready to shoot. They don’t care if Dobbs has been foaming off at the mouth and scapegoating Mexicans for all of the country’s economic problems.
Not for nothing hat would be some kind of vicious Karma if that was the case.
