DREAM Act Loses in Senate Today + Some Info on Vote Breakdown

Today the US Senate voted against the DREAM Act 55-41. However, the Senate did succeed in repealing “Don’t ask, don’t tell” that would allow gays and lesbians to serve more freely in the military.
